Which day do I have to fly into Phnom Penh for the event?

You are recommended to reach Phnom Penh in the morning of 8th December to have ample time to check in at your accommodation before the Summit registration starts at 1pm local time.
Do I have to arrange for my own accommodation?

What is the dress code?

All visitors must be dressed in smart casual. Visitors dressed in shorts, singlets and slippers will not be permitted entry. The Organiser reserves the right to deny entrance to anyone who is improperly attired.
